How DocketFlow works
Three steps, no setup, no templates to build.
1. Upload the PDF
From your dashboard, choose whether the file is a delivery docket or a supplier price list, then drop the PDF in. Files are stored privately against your account.
2. The AI reads it like a person would
Instead of rigid templates, the document is read page by page. It finds the table, works out which column is a product code, a quantity, a unit price — and ignores headers, footers and totals rows.
3. You get a clean spreadsheet
A formatted .xlsx is produced with a Data sheet of every line item, plus a Summary sheet listing the supplier, document date and row count. It's emailed to you and kept in your dashboard.
Common questions
- How do I check the accuracy?
- Use your free test docket to compare the Excel with your original. Check row counts, product codes, quantities, prices and totals before importing data. Clear scans give better results; AI extraction can still make mistakes.
- What does a delivery docket export look like?
- Columns for line number, product code, description, quantity, unit, unit price and line total — whichever of those appear on the docket.
- And a price list?
- Product code, description, pack size, unit, unit price, case price, currency and effective date where present.
- Are scanned dockets supported?
- Yes. Photographed or scanned PDFs work, as long as the text is readable to the eye.
- What happens if a document fails?
- It's marked as failed in your dashboard with the reason, and it does not count against your monthly allowance.
