Try one test docket free within 7 days, with no card and no automatic charge. Our extraction uses document-specific instructions for delivery dockets, price lists and utility bills. Results depend on scan quality and layout, so review the spreadsheet against the original before relying on it for accounting, stock or payments.

What happens to a file you upload
The PDF goes straight into private encrypted storage under your account. The AI reads it once to pull out the line items, we build the Excel file, and we email you a signed download link that expires after seven days. Nothing is published, shared or sold.

Payments
Card details are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. We never see or store a card number. Subscriptions are month to month and managed from the billing portal in your account.

Data you control
You can delete any conversion from the dashboard, which removes both the source PDF and the Excel output. Ask us to close your account and we delete your files and personal data. We process personal data as a processor on your behalf, in line with GDPR.

If something goes wrong
Email us the document that did not convert cleanly and we will look at it ourselves. If the service does not work for your paperwork in your first month, we refund that month — we would rather have honest feedback than an unhappy subscriber.
Frequently asked questions
- How accurate is the extraction?
- Accuracy depends on the document layout, scan quality and legibility. We use document-specific extraction for dockets, price lists and utility bills, but AI can make mistakes. Test one docket free before buying and compare the spreadsheet with the original, especially quantities, unit prices, VAT and totals. We do not promise a fixed accuracy percentage.
- Who can see the files I upload?
- Only you. Every upload and every generated Excel file is tied to your account and protected by database-level access rules, so no other customer can reach them.
- Are my documents used to train AI models?
- No. Your files are sent to the AI model only to extract the line items on that document, and are not used to train or improve any model.
- Where is my data stored?
- Files and conversion records are held in encrypted cloud storage with encryption in transit and at rest. Download links we email are signed and expire after seven days.
- Can I delete my files?
- Yes. Remove a conversion from your dashboard and both the source PDF and the generated Excel go with it. Ask us to close your account and everything is deleted.
- Can I cancel whenever I want?
- Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in one click. There is no contract and no cancellation fee — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- What happens if a conversion is wrong?
- Email us the file and we will look at it. If the service genuinely does not work for your documents in your first month, we will refund that month.
